Purchase Process and Pricing

The prices of the products shown on the website include the applicable VAT in Spain, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs will be detailed before finalizing the purchase, so that the user can review the complete breakdown of the order before confirming it.

RecuperaPro Sport reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is registered. Once the purchase is confirmed, the price will not change, even if rates in the catalog are adjusted later.

Product availability may vary. If a requested item is not available after order confirmation, the RecuperaPro Sport team will contact the user to inform them of the situation and offer alternatives or a refund of the amount paid.

Payment Methods and Delivery

The available payment methods are: bank transfer, cash on delivery (in cash to the courier), and in-person card payment at authorized collection points. Direct online credit card payments are not accepted on this platform.

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the user. Ownership of the products is transferred to the user once full payment is received. In the case of orders paid by bank transfer, shipping will be managed after confirmation that the amount has been received in the RecuperaPro Sport account.

Estimated delivery times are indicated on each product page and may vary depending on the geographical area. RecuperaPro Sport does not guarantee exact delivery dates, as they depend on external transport companies, but commits to managing the shipment as quickly as possible from payment confirmation.

Returns and Withdrawal

In accordance with Spanish legislation, the user has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without the need for justification. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging and without signs of use.

Return costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of a defective product confirmed by our technical team. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must communicate their decision to RecuperaPro Sport via the contact email or any means that provides written proof.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, RecuperaPro Sport will refund the corresponding amount within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original purchase, unless the user has expressly requested another method.

Reminder

The 14-calendar-day period begins from the receipt of the product by the user. It is recommended to keep the return shipping receipt until receipt and refund are confirmed.

Limitation of Liability

RecuperaPro Sport provides high-quality sports equipment, but is not responsible for the improper or negligent use thereof. The user is responsible for using recovery tools following the manufacturer's instructions and respecting their own physical limits.

Continued use of the site after the publication of changes will imply acceptance of them by the user. In case of disagreement with the modifications, the user must cease use of the platform and, if applicable, request the cancellation of the contracted services.
